Peninsula Pastries is the real thing. Every morning before dawn, the ovens fire up and the dough goes in. French flour, shipped from mills in France. AOP-certified butter from Normandy. No shortcuts, no substitutions.

Helene brings decades of French baking tradition to the Coachella Valley. The croissants shatter when you bite them. The baguettes have the kind of crust you remember from that trip to Paris. This is not a bakery that learned French pastry from YouTube.
